Hello! You are meeting "Bob," an active sports person. I have enjoyed golfing, fishing, hunting, baseball and softball (both fast and slow pitch). I have also been active in an exercise program to be able to enjoy these activities. To be involved in golfing you will require equipment such as golf clubs, golf bag, golf balls, a golf glove and comfortable clothing and golf shoes.

A more relaxing sport is fishing. You need to prepare yourself with a good fishing reel and rod to match the type of fish you want to catch. You also will want fishing lures or spoons, fishing line and quality clothing to protect yourself from the elements such as rain gear fishing boots and a good hat or cap.

Hunting is an excellent time to spend with nature, a quiet time to meditate, relax and take in the beauty. To more enjoy hunting you will want hunting clothing such as quiet fleece, scentlock material and thinsulate for warmth. Your clothing should be camo patterns for deer hunting, elk and bird hunting. Hunting requires a good safe gun, compound bow, or crossbow if allowed in your area, per regulations. Hunting and fishing both require safety equipment including lighting, binoculars, range finders, decoys, deer calls, duck calls, GPS, cameras and scouting cameras, including a weather radio for your camp site or cabin. You will want a cooler for your favorite food and beverage.

As the seasons pass during the year, we look to different sports such as baseball games, football, basketball, hockey and golf. All of these sports can also be enjoyed when watching a great television set from our favorite relaxing chair!
